What: Event log for the Once Upon A Dream Event! Should your character have their own memory, start your own top-level with said memory. If not, then tag around in other characters's memories! Furthermore, feel free to use the Mingle threads at the Curti Center and in the Airships for non-memory related CR. Please refer to the OOC Post for details and plotting. Plot Memories and the second Airship Mingle will be unlocked on May 25th.

Fuck. I-- I'm sorry ya got stuck with me, man. However this happened. This was the end to a pretty shitty couple 'a weeks right here.

[Honestly, it could have been a worse memory.]

Yeah, they're it. Jericho cleared the way, and then-- he ain't a ghost, he's-- Y'know, I have no idea what Jericho is. I think it's just a thing he does.

[Superpowers, man. Who know how this stuff works.]

We just need to not run into guards for a few minutes. They're the worst, man. UE super soldiers. Born 'n raised to wipe out everything in sight. Once I ran into Blaine, he... [Thinking is hard right now.] He covered me while we got out. Dude is crazy good with guns. The Initiative somehow got a train here, and I made it back to Exsilium. I owe those two guys my life.

[In the near distance, the sound of gunfire and fighting can be heard. Right out the outside of this place looks like the set of an Avengers movie, with super soldiers up against all the crazy powers and weapons of the Initiative, and the Transports - those like Johnny from outside of this world.]

[ So he knows it's a memory. Good. Step in the right direction! Now they just have to make it out. Johnny's descriptions of what's in here don't help. ]

So we have to dodge the super soldiers, find Blaine, and get on a train. [ And then he looks out the window, at all the fighting. ] What if we do run into the guards? What can we do? What can you do?

[ Hunk sizes the guy up with his eyes. Since he was pretty banged up, might not be much. ] W-wait, can I do anything? [ Some of the other memories gave him weird powers he didn't quite understand, so... couldn't hurt to ask.

But in the interest of not staying still for too long, he's gonna start inching along one of the walls. ]

I still got one workin' arm and two legs. I'll manage.

[Never mind how bruised up those other limbs are.]

We don't get caught. That's it. They're, like... Genetically manufactured super soldiers. They're fucking nightmares. We need to not get caught, or we need to find people with weapons to help cover us.

[As they talk, some of the fighting can be heard getting close from around a corner. There's some yelling and some bursts of gunfire. Johnny curses, looking around for a place for them to duck into, but before they can get too far, a figure turns the corner. It's one of the aforementioned soldiers, who lowers their weapon when he sees them. He doesn't recognize Hunk, but Johnny didn't seem like he was in danger from him.

The soldier, a bit shakily, points behind them.]

J-J-Johnny. Go. Now.

[Looks like Johnny did remember what order things happened in correctly. He nods.]

Jericho. Thanks.

[The soldier seems surprised that Johnny knows what's going on.
Johnny looks to Hunk.]

The way should be clear, for now. But stay on your toes.

[ As he glances between this super-soldier-Jericho and Johnny, Hunk just... blinks a couple times. This is that ghost guy. They need people with guns who can cover them.

So Hunk takes the gun from Jericho's host, or at least tries to. He knows how to use it, and a super-soldier like that can probably just tackle people anyway. ]

You know how to get out? Directions, I mean. Don't wanna get lost... [ And then he laughs sheepishly, because that's the least of their issues right now. ] But I'll follow your lead. [ And then he gestures down the hall Jericho pointed towards. ]

[Jericho gives over the gun without a fuss. Better that the people in their own bodies be defended, especially since he's not at top dexterity in someone else's body. Besides, while Hunk and Johnny needed to get out, Jericho had to go find other people to rescue.

As far as how to get out, Johnny has to think really hard on this. It's all so blurry, and the all-too-close fighting and gunfire act as interference.]

Yeah, I... I think. Man, aren't I supposed to be dreamin' right now? How come I just can't wake up? Why're you even here?

[No lie, though, he's glad someone is.]

You are dreaming, and I don't know why you're not waking up. [ He looks awkwardly to the side. ] When some people realize they're dreaming, the memory falls apart. Other times, we've had to see it through and leave. [ Hunk starts grumbling, and takes a few steps forward. ] I guess this is part of that second group?

[ And then he shrugs, trying to answer all of the questions now, before things got crazier. ] I've just been bouncin' around between memories. A lot of people got stuck. And I didn't. [ He doesn't even sound smug, just a little confused. ]

I have no idea what happens if we get hurt in here, though. [ And his mood deflates a bit. ] I really don't think I should lead- I'd just get us into trouble. [ Or run too fast and leave poor Johnny behind. Maybe even both. ] Remember anything yet?

[ He's starting to get worried again. Hunk might just keep on talking and asking questions if he doesn't have something to focus on. At least he's not crying yet.]
