Where: The Dream Width (+ Curti Center & Airships)
What: Event log for the Once Upon A Dream Event! Should your character have their own memory, start your own top-level with said memory. If not, then tag around in other characters's memories! Furthermore, feel free to use the Mingle threads at the Curti Center and in the Airships for non-memory related CR. Please refer to the OOC Post for details and plotting. Plot Memories and the second Airship Mingle will be unlocked on May 25th.

Guess we're a bit dps heavy but it's Ifrit Normal

This....this was not the Ifrit that Bonnie was familiar with. Summoning magic wasn't particularly her forte but she knew a thing or two about the Summoner Job and neither this nor the Primal before her matched any of her recollections of home. She could only assume this was one of the other worlds like her own that the Heroes came from. She recognized Castor from their brief meeting but the Miqo'te helps cement the thought. The lancer looks enough like K'pandolu that she assumes that this is her world.

I-In any case, Ifrit sure looked angry, and all the flames around her got rid of any chance of fleeing and hiding as far as she knew. There was nothing for it . She'd have to lend a paw! Tugging her hood down low she focused on her training, simple as it was, fluttering up with her knife at the ready.

It takes a long moment for Castor, hyperfocused as she is, to notice the small moogle flutter up beside her. W'Shian, too, turns to look, and the pair look to eachother, then back to Bonnie. Castor opens her mouth to speak but Ifrit roars again and the woman has to tackle the Moogle to evade a blast of superhot fire.

"What're ye doin here?!" She hisses, trying to keep the panic down, "Ye belong in the Shroud!"

"I wish I knew! And I know I should be hiding but there's fire all around us, kupo!" She had no idea what Castor was talking about but with all this light and heat she didn't see any shrouded positions to make use of. And the nearest perches were beyond the wall of fire and she didn't expect to have an easy time of getting to them.

So trying to fight against Ifrit seemed the only option. Oh sweet merciful mog what was she doing~

But the rescue from that fire blast was appreciated, and she wasn't going to just let it go. "He's rearing back! He's going to try again, kupo!" This time though, instead of the heat coming from his body it was starting to well up from the ground below them.
