If putting slices of behemoth steak onto cup noodles counts as a ‘new recipe’ back home, Ravus is sure whatever Kanji is doing counts.]Have you tried to make anything with ingredients you did not have on your world? Sampling and recreating local delicacies seems to be a prevailing method of culinary exploration.
[From Ravus’ sample of one chef. It’s probably true, though.]

Like... a big-ass boiled chocobo egg dropped right in, too. Or is that too much? I tried one the other day and it was pretty damn tasty.

Perhaps if you were making a whole pot, with multiple portions. If you made it for your housemates, it might work, but it would be overwhelming if you tried to add a full egg to just one bowl.
I have also heard that adding steaks from local creatures can enhance the taste of the noodles.
[He has heard way too much about cup noodle ramen since he moved in with his current housemates.]

Just be careful about using anything venomous. You should probably consult a local before you serve your dish, to be safe.
[Ignis somehow gets edible meat out of the most foul of creatures, but the man is basically a master at the art. Ravus does not want to be accidentally responsible for the poisoning of an amateur.]
