When you walk into the quaint looking café, maybe the scene that greets you wasn't exactly what you were expecting. Not the soft music overhead or the smell of old and new books that line the shelves... that's all pretty standard seeming. It's the makeshift banner that looks as though it was put together in a manner of minutes reading, “ℋAPPY ℬIRTHDAY ℳAKOTO—” that looks rather out of place.

There are a few tables lined with some food and drink, water, juice, tea and coffee— just the basics really. Only a little further down are some baked goods that could easily be mistaken for delicious cupcakes. Unfortunately, on such short notice and even shorter funds... the only thing Ren could come up with were some Kupo-Nut Cakes... if you're willing to try one though, you may just find yourself with a Guts +1 boost.

Well, at least the coffee seems decent.

[Oh good grief. This one is going to be an interesting influence on Futaba's life. The thought made Makoto smile. From her past encounter she seemed... rough and mischievous, but not dangerous. Little wonder then that they got along.]

There's fruit and coffee. At the moment we're mostly just hanging out. Um... for your sake I would keep away from the kupo nuts.

[ WHY IS SHE BEING PULLED FROM HER CO- oh okay it's for birthday fun. She hasn't... actually met Amanda face-to-face yet so she's a bit nonplussed, but hey, if she's here for Makoto's birthday she's pretty awesome right now in Futaba's book. ]

So, truth-or-dare, huh?

[ Honestly she's kind of excited? Never really played a party game like this before. ]

Yes, that's right. Do you know the rules?

[Considering that Futaba may not, she decides to explain anyway. Amanda's just going to have to deal with it.]

Basically we go around in a circle and we can ask anybody in the circle to take either a truth or a dare. If they accept a truth then they will be asked a question that they have to answer truthfully. If they are given a dare then they are given a task that they must perform.

Also, once per game you can refuse the truth or the dare, but you will be given an even more embarrassing question or activity.

Its been a while for me, so try to go easy.

[She expects neither of them to do this, of course.]
