One Cup-o-Kawhee, please!
Who: Ignis Scientia and anyone who drops by
When: Month of July
Where: Ignis' coffee shop "Cup-o-Kawhee", Yun'Aisha
What: Cleaning up, Opening day, Work days- Ignis is doing what he does the best: making and selling coffee and pastries

July 3rd
Continuation from Network:
Ignis takes away the slate from his Moogle and sighs loudly. "Please focus on cleaning," he asks Ebony who, in return, salutes him like a soldier and then flies off to the kitchen where the magic will happen in the future. There are boxes of ingredients to be put away, knives and rolling pins arranged in their proper places.
He leaves the slate aside and leans against the bar, rubbing the back of his neck. Was it smart to open a coffee shop like this? Sure, it will be a decent amount of income for the household, but, in the long run... when he eventually goes back to Eos, he will have to leave it behind.
Perhaps he will find someone to leave it to.
Leaving those thoughts in the back of his mind, he pushes away from the bar and picks up the box he previously placed on it. Just in time to hear the small jingle of the bell.
"Apologies, we're not open yet."
July 5th
Opening Day:
In front of the shop, there is a nice, big sign that says:
"Opening day!
First Cup-of-Kawhee 75% off the price!"
Ignis doesn't appear to be nervous, dressed in his barista outfit, standing behind the bar. But he never appears to be nervous, even when the situation is really stressful. He places a cup down for a customer who thanks him and takes a seat at one of the small tables littered around the coffee shop.
Deep breaths, Scientia.
Ebony is floating from table to table, wiping the surfaces, then floats back to the pastry and cake displays to wipe them as well. This time, the displays are showing off plenty of pastries and the cake display holds the "cake of the day"- =Blueberry Days=.
The jingle of the bell announces that someone entered the shop and Ebony is off already, greeting them!
One day he will teach his Moogle not to scare away his customers.
Rest of July
1)Any other day:
The coffee shop opens exactly at 8 AM every day except on Saturday when it opens at 9 AM, and Sunday, when it is a free day. Ignis is at the shop from 6 AM, making sure that the cake and pastries are ready for the sale, fresh and warm for the first customers.
Ebony is always in good spirits and does his best to help Ignis out in the kitchen. The Moogle can't cook, but he's quite adept at cleaning up, which saves Ignis a lot of work.
Throughout the day, Ignis manages the bar and when there aren't customers, he's looking at his slate and inbox, hoping to see if there is anyone interested in the job offers he placed the other day- a waiter and a barista/cashier. He wishes he could do all by himself but he can't cook and be in the front at the same time.

As I mentioned, do not worry about it. When you're dressed, however, [Ignis packs up the shirt in a bag that goes back to the house for washing,] would you mind giving me your opinion on these?
[He means the tarts he just finished decorating when he walked in. He pushes the tray for selling to the side and pulls over a plate with the same tarts that are for eating.]

If my thoughts would be beneficial...
[Ravus does very much want to try it, so he decides to take Ignis' request at face value. He picks off one of the little meringue decorations to try, then a berry, before finally taking a bite of the tart itself.
Even if he didn't respect Ignis and want to help him with his cafe, Ravus would be willing to work these starting shifts just for the opportunity to sample the food. He's had little appetite since he tried and failed to bear the Ring, but Ignis somehow manages to bring the appeal back to food.]
You've a talent for cooking. These are perfect. Shall I bring them out to sell?

Of course they will be.
[Ravus has a rather specific taste in things, Ignis found out. And he knows that the man will be completely honest with him because he is just that type of person. He watches curiously as Ravus picks on the bits of the tart, tasting them separately before eating the treat itself. Ignis is happy when his food makes other people happy and if it helps them along the way- even better.
His face might not be showing it, but he's burning inside-out to hear what Ravus thinks.]
Thank goodness. [Ignis sighs in relief then smiles a bit. And that might be a bit of a flush at the compliment that he has talent. Don't pay attention to it, it's just the heat from the oven.] I have been working on the filling for a while but it wasn't working out.
Have no worry, I will take them out. [He leans over them to arrange them more appropriately.] I need to pick up empty trays from the displays as well.

Bring them out. Some of the customers have been lingering about while they drink, saying they want to know who made the food. They're curious about you.
[Ravus hadn't considered their idle curiosity worth interrupting Ignis from his work, but perhaps interacting with the customers will help Ignis see how good his treats are.]
They are strange, though. Be warned. They take photographs of everything with their devices.
[Their food and drinks, the displays, that disastrous moment when Estoc bumped him with the coffee. Ravus did not understand why on earth they needed pictures of that.]
