The fact Hunk didn't turn around made him a much better driver than Prompto, who's best friend was too much of a distraction.

"I'm fine." He called when asked.

The hoverbike came to a stop and he leaned on the edge. Two feet off the ground wasn't particularly scary, so he didn't feel the fear he did in the airships.
