Ena, unfortunately, lacks efficient AOE skills that wouldn't also trash the entire office. Her rapier isn't much for slicing through swathes of enemies, either. So she takes her seldom-used staff and just swinging it wildly as she moves through the horde, hitting as many Geezards as she can and trying to avoid making a mess of the office.
