Out of everything Connie says, only Dream Width really registers. Cornelia doesn't recall having been rescued, only waking up on the ship. She witnessed no strangers' memories and experienced none of her own, at least not to an extent where she needed to be yanked free of them. It's more information to take in; it's more questions she cannot answer. And to ask for elaboration feels selfish when faced with a child who needs to speak.
