Corrin | OTA

Rest. Relax. Have fun with your friends. Make the apologies you need to make.

Try not to feel too bad. It all worked out in the end.

These are Corrin's primary goals attending the hot spring celebration, and with the help of her friends, she will succeed.

Hot Springs/Collectibles

Corrin is taking full advantage of the hot springs. She's forgotten how much she missed the open-air baths the Astral Plane fortress had boasted back during the war. One of the best ways to relax and feel all the stress and worry melting off of her, not to mention being able to catch up with the other women in the army, most of whom became very good friends thanks to the baths. She's been making the rounds, enjoying them in the company of the others, but there was also "The Mission". She'd known to bring her Calm Deity Mask and was delighted by the reward for doing so; her initial bag had lucked out and nabbed her a Kid figure, which she had taken as a sign of good luck, and then began the serious work of tracking down all the other figures she needed. With a hand-written list and a look of flinty-eyed intensity, Corrin had engaged in a series of trades to get all the other figures she needs. And after only an hour or two, she finally succeeded. In addition to the Kid figure, she now has herself (she couldn't not), Serge, Richard, Tilly, Tyzias, Castor, Red, Mister Vimes, and Nozomi, who was the last figure she needed. She also has a Starscream figure and while she doesn't actually know the robot that well-like, at all-she still held onto his figure, because...well...she needed a villain character and what she's seen of him makes him think he'd be a good villain character. Or that he actually is. Hard to tell if he's just unpleasant or not.

Then it was time to find a quiet, out of the way hot spring and, well...do something very silly.

As you approach the spring, you probably hear Corrin before you see her.

"Hahahahaha! You are too late, pathetic Heroes!" She says in her cartoonishly high, raspy voice. "Soon, the Anankos Super-Laser will be fully charged and nothing shall stand in the way my conquest of this planet! So speaks Starscream, future Emperor of the Multiveeeeeeeerse!"

"Oi!" Now there's an accent. "Good thing you can fly, 'cuz you're about to kiss the moons, Starscream! We ain't gonna let you hurt anyone else, so say yer prayers! You guys ready?"

"You got it Kid! With all of us united against you, there's NO WAY we can lose! We have the bonds we've formed and nothing is stronger than that, not even your doomsday weapon! When we all stand together, there's no force in this universe or any other stronger! Your time is UP, Starscream!"

"DAHAK systems are fully charged and the Asmodeus is on standby to get us out of here once we're done dealin' with this silver snake. Hey, when this is all over, you guys are all invited to my next big game! I'll need you all cheering me on if I'm gonna lead my other team to the championship!"

"Pre-Cure Transformation! Warrior of Love, Cure Dream! With my magic and the love of my friends and the people of this world, you don't stand a chance!"

"All of us, my friends..." Now Corrin is just talking in her regular voice. "We've come so far together, been through so much, and we've seen each other through it all. I'm proud to stand beside you now, to bring peace and light to Vaikuntha forever. Now, let's end this and bring Starscream to justice once and for all! For Vaikuntha!"

"Come then, come and die! Death Beam Laser attack!"

Explosion noises and what might be the sound of swords clanging against each other can be heard. Yes, Corrin is playing with her dolls in the bath but she's clearly enjoying herself; they just do not make figures of this quality back in Nohr and she couldn't help herself.

She looks up suddenly as she has her Red doll moving into attack Starscream and sees you. The figures currently involved in the adventure are all standing in a row along the edge of spring, while the ones she's currently not using are tucked into the bag next to them. There's also a half-eaten plate of food and a mostly-empty glass of soda lying attended as well. She blinks momentarily. "Oh! Hi, I was just..." She thinks, before deciding nope, no way she's making this look better. "...Playing. Please, uh, join me though!" Don't worry, she's wearing a bathing suit if you're worried about that sort of thing. It's almost like she was kind of hoping for company...

Live Entertainment

So apparently some of the Bards from the nearby guild had come out to provide entertainment for them. And Corrin got a very silly idea. Taking aside one of the more punk rock-looking Bards to get her help with taking an old favourite and making it just right.

Now she's taken the stage. She doesn't seem to have any stage-fright, though she has gotten quite used to being the center of attention where large groups of people are concerned. The Bard who helped her is quietly distributing sheets of paper to the other musicians in the background.

"Hi, everyone." She says brightly. "I thought I'd give it a spin on stage...I think most of you probably know what song I'm going to try singing today, but um..." She has a somewhat impish grin on her face. "Maybe you haven't heard it like this before...are we ready?" She turns to look at the band, who nod, give the thumbs up, or some other form of acknowledgement. Oh yeah, it's a rock band right now.

"Okay then...hit it!"

Yep, it's Lost in Thoughts All Alone again but this rock arrangement is new. Corrin may not be the best singer, but she's certainly giving it her all on stage.

"SING WITH ME A SONG OF CONQUEST AND FATE, THE BLACK PILLAR CRACKS BENEATH IT'S WEIGHT, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH!" The wave she appears to be giving the crowd is encouraging them to literally sing with her too, if you know the words. Sorry Azura.

Apology-Locked to anyone who engaged Corrin during the fight with Ramaa

But there is something more serious she promised herself she would also do, or at least make a start with at the party. She knows most people wouldn't hold a grudge-after all, she was clearly possessed and not in control of her own actions-but she still hurt people she cared about. Physically, or worse; she had said some very unkind things to some people she cared a great deal about, and mind control or no, that doesn't sit right with her at all. She has to let them know. She has to tell them she's sorry.

Maybe not all of them are at the party, but some of them are, so she'll approach you at any point during the party, with a smile that's warm, but also a little sad. "Hey, uh...can I talk to you for a moment, really quick?" She asks. "There's something I need to tell you."
