This was a really stupid decision, but Finn was nothing if not a really stupid decision maker when it came to his own well-being. Though Zodiark's presence was in the back of his mind, he still couldn't stand by and watch his friends while he intentionally did nothing.

"Hey!" Finn saw Bahamut-Egi charging an attack, and stood with Okuyasu to potentially act as a human shield. "No!" He fired off another Hell Judgement, hoping to hurt the Eidolon and lessen the blow.
