The summoners training to summon the four Legendary Eidolons were, of course, allowed to attend the party. The woman who helped them is there as well and asked them all to come once the wedding concluded. They are still missing a piece to make the summoning possible, after all.

She smiles to them.

"Wait a moment. They'll be there shortly."

Who is they? That should become obvious very quickly.
