Sam Vimes was at a loss for what to do, in the aftermath of the library. There were hours yet until his flight left from Nakagawa, and it wasn't as though he had anything to do with his time, so he'd resorted to the best of all options available to him, seizing on a comment he'd made earlier, as he'd stepped off the airship.
"Oi. Corrin. I did say I owed you a coffee, and I've got a bit of time on my hands. What d'you say?"
