Kanji's Fell Cleave sends the Wight staggering back into an opportune position for a momentarily-visible Frisk to bury their ninjato in its helmet in an Invisible Assassination. Uendo's Ruin impacts the Glacier Mage right in its torso(?), sending it flying back once again.
But now the eyesockets of the injured Wight and Glacier Mage are glowing red. That... probably doesn't bode well. First, the injured Wight buries its massive sword in the ice. A dark aura flares around the blade, then Black Ice explodes out of the ground in a wide radius, the faces of tortured souls trapped within the pillars and spikes of jet-black ice as it deals heavy ice and dark damage to the entire party. Azusa is the only one that manages to escape the onslaught. The other Wight charges Kanji, jumping high into the air and performing another Frost Moon Strike, of which Kanji can only avoid one of the attacks.
...and then the already fairly large ice explosion bucks and rocks as the injured Glacier Mage casts Ice Age, upsetting the already-tortured battlefield in a giant, fractured, spiky glacier and dealing severe ice damage to the entire party. A massive wave of incredibly chill air blows out of its hood, washing over the entire party, which catches the entire group in an Enflared Freeze. Uendo and Naoto have been slowed by 50% for three turns, and Kanji, Uendo, and Azusahave all been stunned for a turn!
The other Glacier Mage doesn't let up the assault, either. Its Enflared Blizzaga rains down massive chunks of spiky ice on the battlefield, catching the entire party, and it flings a particularly nasty-looking shard of ice at Kanji in a Blizzara.
