Papyrus' Blue Attack works as advertised! The Medusa, already unbalanced to begin with, trips on the bones and falls. It won't be in any position to try dodging their attacks until it gets up again.

All attacks on Medusa will have an increased chance of dealing critical damage for the next turn.

The enemy is not entirely helpless, however. Though the Medusa itself can't attack, the snakes sprouting from its head are still moving just fine and angrily Bite at the ones they perceive as the most immediate threats: Kanji and Adrien. Luckily the poison doesn't take and Kanji's injury is almost immediately healed by the Regen effect, but one snake's sharp fangs sink painfully into Adrien's sword arm, dealing medium damage.
