I'm half convinced that MogNet runs on some unholy hybrid of kupo nut-flavored bubblegum, duct tape, wishes, and a sprinkling of actual code," Connie says, peeking over Futaba's shoulder at the display. Considering how it seemed to break at least twice every month, Connie was fairly certain that the moogles--or whoever was really running MogNet if it wasn't them--only knew what they were doing 20% of the time.
