He was following along as Tidus told him about himself, some of it they’ve briefly touched on before. He remembered Tidus telling him before about his pops and how he wasn’t going to be as good as him. Or, was it, his pops teased him about it before he disappeared? Either way, the loss of both parents seemed pretty tough to Sora and he felt a bit sad for Tidus at the point. Then, when Riku was mentioned he perked up, until Riku was described as a female with the feminine pronoun and he cocked his head with some thought. He assumed it wasn’t his Riku (obviously) with that added detail. Sora got a big goofy grin on his face as Tidus talked about Yuna, he liked how she was a really cute girl in Tidus’ story! It was really sweet and he thought about Kairi! He’d probably describe her the same!

Ah, Sora caught the blush on Tidus’ face, actually, and he found his own cheeks warm because he thought Tidus was pretty cute when he talked about her! He could tell Yuna meant a lot to Tidus with that!

“You went with Yuna and Wakka to go fight the monster… was it Sin you were going after?” He only assumed because of what he’s gathered thus far from Tidus’ story.
