Chara only puts one arm around Frisk's own shoulders, the other going underneath their jacket. Face still flustered, they move in just a little. Then they pull out the Garland doll they gotten in August when the Empire opened up, bopping its fabricy head against Frisk's face gently, the doll just announcing "I SHALL KNOCK YOU ALL DOWN!" in its usual tone.
