There were a lot of round tunnels and equally round boulders.) That frown turns into a curious "Oh?" at finding the lever in an alcove behind one door. Are there four levers, then? No, even if this one is a closed room, the other door could lead to something else.

"We have no assurance that either door will open if we stand on the plates. We also don't know where this leads." He nods to the circular rock.
"Even if we could trick the plates with another weight, we may still need to stand nearby to pull the levers." It looks like both actions should be done at once, yet… maybe that’s a deception. Still, he’s confident in agreeing that two people are required for the solution.
