[Yeah, about that... Keith hadn't slowed down at all after Shiro vanished. So he wouldn't exactly call it recovering, per se. He kept moving like he always does; he'd felt fine after being healed on the airship when he arrived, and only better after a second healing at the Center and didn't feel the need to pace himself. Especially after the Hunk disappeared, too.
Keeping Lance and Pidge preoccupied and their morale up took priority, even though he'll fully admit he failed that. Epically.
He's already removing his shoes when Shiro utters those three words. He looks over at him and smiles reassuringly. Even as some of the tiredness leaks out as he says:]
A nap sounds good. [Did he really have to ask? Keith can guess why he did, but he won't say it. Instead, he admits one more thing.] Been going almost nonstop for the last twelve days.
[Fifteen minutes sounds good. If only he accounted for the fact a certain space heater is most definitely going to join them...]
