Interestingly enough, all of that registered with Roxas. He had his own sort of consciousness within Sora that allowed him to know what the keyblade wielder was going through, what he was doing and seeing. Not that it gave Roxas any power to do anything, though he had made Sora cry at least once, though that was an accident. So he knew of what Riku spoke.

"And you've never been to a place called Ryslig?" he asked, almost wishing this were that Riku; they'd developed a wary sort of friendship. His guard was dropping a bit, however. This Riku had succeeded in taking him in and reuniting him with Sora, which was why Roxas was cautious and resentful in the first place.
