"Well, the obvious differences would be intelligence, general attitude towards living creatures, that sort of thing. It sounds like the wizards did a great service, locking them away. I can't imagine it working on Gaia, given the mist's ability to produce all manner of man-eating beasts. Still, it's easy for some people to fear what they don't understand. You'd think they could show some gratitude, but apparently not. Is it more than the humans reacting that way, or were other races a bit more sensible?"
This may, in fact, seem like a nonsensical series of statements. Possibly 'monster' has a different connotation?
