Yun'Ashia Sightings
Who: Euphemia li Britannia & Anyone
When: August 1st - 31st (August Catchall)
Where: Yun'Ashia and around.
What: Euphy settles in, goes to school, gets used to the new house, and just general activities during the month.
Warnings/Notes: None ATM
Format: Prose or Brackets, will match.
A. Yun'Ashia Residence
[ At home, activities ranged from tending to the garden or merely lurking in her room. A room she was once excited to share with Nunnally when they arrived. Now it was just her. She wasn't excited about having her own room. This wasn't what she had in mind when they sought this place. But it was a good thing she was gone? It meant she returned home? Things she wasn't sure of.
So when not in the garden, she remained in her room. Quiet, thinking, reflective. Unsure. Grieving in her own way by not speaking or worrying the rest with her thoughts or concerns. It was easier to move forward or pretend to be at least. But to visit Euphy required knocking on her bedroom door or catching her when she was out at the garden. For those were the only two places she frequented throughout most of the month saying very little in between. ]
B. Yun'Ashia School
[ School was at least the one thing that made her days easier. It was different from at home, but the similarities and lessons all seemed relatively the same. Mingling with the local kids and refugees was another challenge altogether.
So during study hall, Euphy was eager to try and get acquainted with at least a few of the students and made it a point to take a seat next to anyone who appeared to be sitting alone. Pulling a seat next to a random person, she greets them with a quick smile. ]
May I join you? [ The books in her hands are set to the table. ] Studying with others with me always makes things easier.
C. Yun'Ashia Hospital
[ While only part-time as a Nurse, Euphy took her job seriously and made it a point to be as attentive as possible with both patients and staff. Emergencies were treated with the utmost importance while smaller activities required just keeping patients comfortable by seeing to their needs. Euphy worked alongside the on-staff doctors, handling the smaller things like taking vitals, giving shots, prepping the patient before the visit with the doctor, or finishing their visit once they were seen. ]
Your blood pressure seems a little elevated.
[ She tapes the sphygmomanometer before squeezing the bulb to check the pressure again. Maybe she was off.]
Have you dealt with any recent stress lately?
D. Blitz Ball Arena (Yun'Ashia)
[ When not doing anything of importance, Euphemia enjoyed sitting on the bleachers to watch the players practice Blitz Ball or an actual game if any was running. It was quickly becoming a sport she was dazzled by and one she pondered playing herself, if she was capable of holding her breath for such a lengthy amount of time.
With hands tucked under her chin and eyes to the water globe, it was easy for anyone to come up and distract her undetected. Wich was greeted with a light yelp and a sheepish smile. ]
