Oh, Samoa! I have never been, but did spend some time in Hawaii. I had heard that it is a bit like that, and the pictures I've seen were very pretty.

I'd imagine that the food in space would probably have to be very different to accommodate the change in gravity. I think I would really miss having a good tempura or grilled fish, myself.
