Who: Selphie, an unnamed Green Chocobo and YOU
When: All throughout July minus the week of camping
Where: Sparks Golsaucia, Yun’Ashia, Myste Aure and wherever her tickled fancy takes her
What: Selphie’s going exploring, chasing down her unnamed Chocobo who… isn’t very happy about that and whatever else comes to pass
Warnings/Notes: Nothing… yet.
[ Days of our Sparks Golsaucia ]
[ Not being the type to let things get to her for very long, Selphie attempted to bounce back from the disagreement she had with Hunk over Mognet. She got called out and served a warm slice of humble pie and didn’t have it in her to fight back. She talked about it with Jaelyn and knew that she’d have to talk things through with Hunk eventually but for now, things needed to cool down. She was pondering what to do on a warm morning as she pulled on her overalls, pulled her hair back and made her way down to the Chocobo Farm.
When she arrived, she heard the sharp trills of the Chocobo she’d befriended a couple of months ago and it didn’t sound very happy at all. She was still learning how to handle the Chocobo’s properly, but she knew an unhappy animal when she heard it. She dashed to the stables and grabbed a fist full of greens along the way to try and placate the distressed bird who was surrounded by her colleagues. The Green wasn’t adjusting to being cooped up in a stable all day as she made her to her friend and tried to soothe it. ]
C’mon buddy… calm down and I’ll take you outside. Here, I brought you some greens.
[ Selphie offered the greens to her Chocobo as she opened the gate to its pen and lead it out toward the pasture so it could get some exercise. She stroked the bird’s neck gently but felt that something was wrong. The minute the two got toward the exit of the stable, the bird bolted from Selphie’s precarious grasp. ]
No! Come back!
[ And there goes Selphie, bolting off like a bat out of hell after her Chocobo who goes running through the streets of Sparks Golsaucia without its owner. ]
[ Weekends of Wildcard Adventures ]
[ The weekends find Selphie hopping onto the first airship out of Sparks Golsaucia to explore the world. This was something that she’d always wanted to do while she was still living on Crystallis but the time had never really been right. There was always something going on that had her attention going elsewhere at a breakneck pace. Honestly, she wasn’t sure how long this peaceful life would last as she started making her way around the world, one weekend airship ride at a time.
The first weekend has her head to Yun’Ashia to do something training at the Stave Master guild and check out the sights of the town that gave her the ability to protect herself. The second weekend of the month has her heading to Myste Aure to not only check out a Blitzball game but to visit one of its players as well if he was up for a visit. Weekend number three finds her at the Curti Centres Camp and who knows what manner of shenanigans will go down.
The final weekend of the month is the couple of days in the month that Selphie genuinely took for herself. She walked the streets of Sparks Golsaucia and when she’s not riding roller coasters or playing games where the prizes were stuffed animals, Selphie was at home in her apartment, taking some time to decompress from the busy months.
Perhaps she’ll stop by the Curti Centre to visit some friends who are still living there for the time being? ]

I read over the last thing you said to me again and again and I didn't mean to imply that I was ignoring everything that you've been trying to figure out. And I know that that new guy at the Curti Centre didn't make things any better by being a super jerk and all and well...
[Selphie sighs heavily as she holds the cookie in her hands.]

[ And then he sneaks a cookie out of the box and tosses the whole thing in his mouth. ] Onesh we all realished we were on the shame page and [ Swallow. ] totally winging it, we actually started to get some stuff done! Names, information, even some plans for supplies.
[ And then he shakes his head back and forth, smiling and sighing. ] I'd rather it be a stupid argument over the internet than something worse, like a riot. [ He's not, however, touching the assumptions she made about him. At least not yet. ]

I'm really glad that everything worked out in the end. I was really worried about all of that. I'm really glad that we've cleared this up too.
[As Selphie reaches for another cookie, she studies Hunk a few seconds before biting into the next cookie.]

I like cooking and baking. [ He'd mention he bakes as stress relief, but it'd show how worried he was about this. ] It's a great way to meet people and learn stuff. Everyone needs to eat!

[Selphie chows down the cookie as she looks at Hunk with a serious look.]
I still volunteer to help with your cooking show. I'm not a very good cook so if I can learn to make something simple, I'm totally down.

[Selphie had forgotten that the first wave of people would have to leave the Curti Centre in August. She knows that a lot of people have moved to Yun'Ashia but that doesn't mean that everyone is going to congregate there.]
